Butter Cream Frosting - Smooth, Creamy
This recipe frosts 2 pans 8" or 9"

1/4 cup Butter or Crisco
- 1/2 Tsp salt
2 Tsp vanilla
3 Cups confectioners sugar
1/4 Cup milk
Combine
Butter or Crisco, salt, vanilla, and 1/2 of the sugar. Add milk and remaining
sugar alternately. Mix until smooth. Add more sugar to thicken or
liquid to thin if necessary.
